Johnny "Culdesac" Yankoviak

Johnny "Culdesac" Yankoviak, is a Realtor, and writer, working in Gainesville, Virginia. He is a 35 year resident of Northern Virginia, and has 25 years of sales experience.
He attended art school and later studied real estate in 2004 with the acclaimed Realtor/investor Dr. Frank Lembo, at NVCC. He interned and worked as an assistant for approximately 18 months before joining The Gainesville Team of Weichert Realtors in 2006, one of the highest producing real estate office's in the country.
Johnny specializes in starter homes, first time home buyer's, bank owned, short sales, and "mature" properties.
Experienced, energetic, hard working, diligent, and honest, he will tell you what you need to know, not just what you want to hear. He is the writer and creator of the JohnnyCuldesac website, online newsletter and blog, which covers real estate, homes, investment properties and the like.
Named by The Association of Foreign Investors, and Forbes Magazine, one of 2009's best investments, Northern Virginia with it's close proximity to the Nation's Capital and higher employment continues to be a "best bet" nationwide. Average Prince William County's home sale prices have risen 20% in the last 6 months with multiple offers and escalation clauses being common.
With this increased competition for housing, it's important to work with an agent you trust, and someone who is going to have the tenacity and drive to navigate through the various "short sales", "bank addendum's" and ubiqitious "as is" properties.
