Prior to starting J. Andrea LLC, Ms. Lache was a Vice President of the largest tenant representation commercial real estate firm in Washington, D.C. She represented a wide range of public and private entities including the General Services Administration (GSA), Finnegan Henderson LLP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bureau of National Affairs, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, Corning and Ericsson among others. Ms. Lache brings over 16 years of national business development and project experience including experience in acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, financial and market analysis and risk management. In addition, she has been recognized as one of the top-producing brokers in her industry.

Her practice focuses on maximizing organizations financial goals through their real estate. Her strengths include complex financial and market analysis', effective negotiations and providing excellent customer service. After 9/11, Ms. Lache formed a tenant security practice group which advises tenants on how to best protect their employees and company infrastructure. Ms. Lache received a BA in Business Communications from Iowa State University. She is also a graduate of Walt Disney World's Management Program in Orlando, Florida. She is a Board Member of the Washington Animal Rescue League and Committee Member of the American Heart Association's Lawyers Have A Heart Run. She is an active member of Boca Raton's Junior League, Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Broward County BNI and Ft. Lauderdale's Tower Club. She was raised in Naperville, Illinois and is an avid golfer and animal lover.
