I am a passionate loan officer who has been in the mortgage industry in Tucson for 30 years. This 30 years has given me a wealth of experience and knowledge to help my clients achieve their dreams.

I believe a successfull loan closing starts on day one with the initial consultation between the borrower and the loan officer.

During my 30 years in the lending industry, I spent 8+ years as an underwriting manager.  Underwriting expertise gave me the ability to analyze a borrowers unique circumstances and package the loan correctly right from the beginning.  I find that clients appreciate being advised of what to expect and they have no problem providing the documentation right up front.  I also believe it is unacceptable to go back to the borrower again and again with a request for "just one more thing".  Do it right in the beginning and there's smooth sailing all the way.

I believe each client is unique, special and worth my best efforts.

My goal with each and every client is to have them so happy with the process they are excited to tell their friends, family and co-workers about me and my service.  In fact, many of my past clients are now referring their children to me for their first mortgage loans.

Who is my favorite client?

"First time buyers" - They're my favorite because they are soooo excited!  No one ever forgets their first home.  Helping a first time buyer step by step thru the process brings such a level of personal satisfaction that I am always reminded of exactly why I have made this my career of choice for so many years.

"Move up buyers" - They're my favorite because they are enjoying the rewards of all their hard work and success from their first home.  They are ready to move up to the next step for themselves and their families.

"Refinance borrowers" - They're my favorite because we are working together on a strategy to improve their financial situation and enhance their personal wealth building plan.

"Referred clients" - They're my favorite because there is no higher complement than to have someone refer me to their friends and family.
