I have been in real estate since 1997. I enjoy wokring with people and have developed many friendships during my career. My clients are of utmost importance to me and I operate my business with them in first position. Continuing to educate myself on the current trends and changes in our industry allow me to provide the ultimate service that my clients deserve. My clients receive a survey from a third party source after closing which is uploaded to the Quality Service Certified web site. Buyers and sellers rate my service from 1 to 5. This rating is available to allow buyers and sellers to view what my prior clients have said about my service. My additional education includes CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), ABR (Acredited Buyer Representative), QSC (Quality Service Certified), RMM (Residential Marketing Master), e-PRO (a Technology related program), and CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist).
We are proud that we are home to Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. Having a family member that has experienced two tours in Iraq brings attention to what all our military are faced with. I represent builders in their new construction...including "green building". Our new construction continues to provide great homes for great prices and many styles to fit everyone's needs. Having been active in the Home Builders Association of Wayne County and the Kinston Homes Builders for over 15 years allows me to know and understand that segment of the real estate business.

Approximately 30 days after closing, a third party sends out a survey to my buyers and sellers that closed for that month. The surveys ask many different questions regarding details of my service. The surveys allow my past clients to include anything that they wish to comment about my service in addition to answering the questions. These surveys are returned to the third party and are then posted on their web site for viewing. The rating system is from 0 to 5 and is obtained by going to www.qualityservice.org.
