Jane La Trace is a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry.

With ten years of experience as a Loan Officer and Account Executive in the mortgage-lending sector, she has diverse product knowledge, and is sharp with lender underwriting guidelines. From retail lending, volume lending and private lending platforms, she has worked with many borrowers and buyers to successfully place them in appropriate loans that meet their purchasing and refinancing needs. At the forefront of her career is a high level of integrity and customer service to each applicant. This essential ingredient to her craft has created a steady referral based marketing system, which has kept her afloat in a volatile market that so many industry professionals have failed in. 

Jane recently passed the CA DRE exam and looks forward to entering a new chapter in her real estate career as a Real Estate Agent. Considering her charismatic personality and upbeat energy, she feels confident and excited to enter a new realm full of possibilities to positively progress.
