I live in the Old Mariposa Township of the City of Kawartha Lakes.  I am transitioning into Real Estate from the Financial Field and only working with 2 clients at a time.  This way I can give them all my attention as I either sell or find them a home.  

I like to use as many different avenues to market your property from my website, to my monthly newsletter to the internet.  The more you can get the listings out the better.  I also like to use the same methods to find homes for buyers,  If people don't know what you have or what you are looking for then you won't have a very successfuly career.
