I currently am approved by twenty-two REO companies and I am a member of CAR, NAR, SRAR and REOP.   I initially began my real estate career by being a state of California licensed appraiser, later obtaining my agent's license. Not a day goes by that I don't use my experience and knowledge as an appraiser in my real estate sales activities.
