Jane Paulus has been selling residential real estate in the Twin Cities since 1986. Her office in downtown Edina allows her to stay in touch with many markets. Through the years Jane has evolved to be a Reltor that mixes a hands on approach to real estate along with the use of technology. Her 8 years on the city planning commission and 8 years as an elected city council member gives her an excellent perspective of zoning and building issues. Jane hold designations in the following: GRI, CRS, Relocation Certified, Senior Citizen Certified, Buyer Representation. Jane has been a member of her broker's top 1% sales group, Edina Realty's Chairman's Circle, and is repeatedly named "Super Real Estate Agent" by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine.

Jane uses team memebers to reinforce her but she always remains the number one person in all transactions. A tream member with a background in photography and design stages all Jane's listings and customizes all literature for the property. Jane has a warehouse of furniture and accent pieces that she transports to listings at no cost. This helps houses show their very best.

A team member is behind the scenes all day long looking for listings for buyers and notifying a buyer when a listing becomes available. Then Jane is quick about getting that buyer out to see the property. A selection of competitive lenders and qualified house inspectors is provided for all buyers. Vendors are provided for all services buyers and sellers might be in need of.

Jane sees the buying and selling experience as something intense and stressful for each person going through it. She offers listening skills, good feedback, and empathy to all those she works with. A touch of humor and some hand holding makes most transactions a smooth and happy experience.

The Twin Cities is made up of a large ,seven county area each with its own characteristics. Jane Paulus is familiar with each of these areas and can assit both buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. The downtown areas of Minnespolis and St. Paul are active with lofts, condos, and townhouses. Both have river fronts and resotred warehouse districts that have attractive housing for those who want the pulse of the downtown scene. Minneapols has several lakes and Minnehaha Creek running through its neighborhoods. These communities are desired for their neighborhood parks, places to dine,shopping, and cultural experieces. The Linden Hills Neighborhood, Uptown area,Fulton Neighborhood, Nakomis community, and the Kenwood historic district is a brief review of some of the neighborhoods. St. Paul also has its lakes and the mighty Mississippi River flowing through it. St.Paul is defined by its many manor colleges that are found in its neighborhoods. The Como Zoo helps define the Como neighborhood. Highlands, Crocus Hill,Midway, Como, St. Anthony, and Mac Groveland are some of the neighbohoods in St. Paul. Jane is familiar with the suburbs that surround these communities. You want to keep your horse. She knows the coummunities that allows horses. If you like sailing she knows of houes on Lakes for buyers. Jane enjoys getting to know her buyers and helping them find the right community and right house.

Jane has been a Realtor for 20 years and holds designations that help her with buyers and sellers. Her advanced degrees from Graduate Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Institute, plus being Relocation Certified, and Senoir Citizen Certified, plus holding the Buyer Rep designation, make her knowledgeable in Real Estate.

Monthly, Jane holds Round Table Discussions at various locations in the Twin Cities. She invites a loan ovvicer to work with her in an informal setting to help people understand the buying process. Not only do they go away with a great deal of information but they have a fun time.

Jane invistes buyers and sellers to play"stump the Realtor." She doubts there is anything you can ask of her that she cannot assits you with.
