Bio
Jane Renger has been investing in real estate for close to fourteen years and has spent the last four years as a full time Realtor. Jane is a Team Leader with Exit Elite Realty and she enjoys training and coaching other Realtors. She specializes and takes great pride in working with first time homebuyers to guide them through the home buying process to achieve the American dream. Being an investor herself, Jane assists new and experienced investors in developing a diverse and lucrative portfolio.
Jane understands the importance of education, especially in a radically changing market, and has acquired an (ABR) Accredited Buyer's Representative and a (CNS) Certified Negotiation Specialist designation. She obtained her Master's in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and puts her knowledge and experience to work for you every day. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Virginia Association of Realtors, the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council.
In her off time Jane enjoys Shag Dancing and teaching others to dance. She is currently President of the Richmond Shag Dance Club with more than 400 members. Jane volunteers with the Richmond Shag Dance Club to raise money for Camp Fantastic, a summer camp for children with Cancer or children who have been in remission for three years or less.
Originally from San Diego, CA, Jane grew up in Powhatan, Virginia and makes her home in Midlothian. Jane loves to study cultures and lifestyles and has travelled extensively to such places as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and Mexico.

I thoroughly enjoy working with first time home buyers to guide them through the home buying process. I like to sit down with my buyer clients to find out exactly what their needs are for a home and discuss the buying process with them so that they will be prepared and know what to expect throughout the process. I take pride in my ability to find homes that meet my buyer's needs and to provide information to them enables them to make educated decisions.
I also enjoy working with sellers and use the latest technology to market their home to qualified buyers. Real Estate marketing is ever changing and we must, as professionals, market our sellers home in the most efficient way possible. With 87% of home buyers beginning their search on the internet, we must have a strong internet marketing presence.
The majority of my business is concentrated in Chesterfield, Powhatan and Henrico counties.
