Sale Coordination:
I have worked in a real estate office for over 14 years, starting as the “one” employee of the firm that grew to over 7 employees. I assisted with the growth of the business, having participated in every aspect. As a Sale Coordinator, I was responsible for working with sellers, buyers, escrows and lenders, as well as with inspectors and vendors, and did everything that was necessary to close an escrow- from signing a purchase contract, to delivering keys. Once the purchase agreement was on my desk, my broker depended on me to see the deal through to the close of escrow, leaving him to move on to the next listing prospect. I met with clients to have contracts and disclosures signed, schedule physical inspections, termite inspections, etc., and negotiated repairs/credits between buyers and sellers. I also worked closely with the lender to pre-qualify buyers prior to entering into an escrow.
