Knowing how Asset Managers/Banks Think and evaluating their inventory and understanding how they negotiate gives me a real edge in knowing how to structure offers for Buyers when preparing offers on Bank inventory. Timing and strategy in buying an REO or a shortsale can be used to a buyer's advantage but you must know what to look for and what information must be sought and discovered in order to structure the best deal.
