My Philosophy

Use this section to write about yourself - don't be shy - Why should a buyer or seller want to work with you? Do you have any certifications and qualifications? What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?

Hi, Thanks for checking out my website.
As your real estate agent, my philosophy is simple:  to assist YOU in achieving YOUR goals.  Your priorities become my priorities.

On a personal level, as well as professionally, I understand the challenges involved in moving. Whether you're moving across town or across the country, I will provide the resources you need for a seamless relocation.

Communication is key.  Based on an honest, straightforward approach, I will work to exceed your expectations and guide you successfully through the buying and selling process. I have been witness to three transactions, all here in Brunswick, GA,  that would make you shake your head and ask "How in the world?" It is those kinds of transactions that I live for. Who cares about living "safely"? When all is said and done, I prefer to shake the dust off and say "Wow, what a ride!"  I have a heart for sellers who are in tight spots. Where I am weak, He is strong.

There is no question that in life and in business we reap what we sow.  The choices we make determine the outcomes that we end up with.  The smarter and the harder I work at something, the more blessed I become.  We all create our own favor.  We can either walk in it, or walk around it.

My testimony

I got my Realestate liscence in 2004 because I needed a miracle as a seller. I had a house on deep water with a huge mortgage which we tried to sell for  2-1/2 years to no avail. I finally got fed up, and decided that if noone else was going to sell my house, I was, by george, going to do it myself. I went to school for 4 long months, and struggled through the class while trying to raise two kids and keep a house running. I bowed my head before the test and asked God to help me because I didn't know the math very well, and i drew a test with no math! I Passed! halelujia! As soon as I got my liscence, I put the sign in the yard. Two other Realtors had had it for a year each, with no success. About a month after I listed my house, I got a contract. The contract was 92k short of what we owed. The bank had told my husband not to accept any offers unless he got approval from them first. He didn't listen, and we signed a contract at 9 o'clock at night. Well, 30 days later, we got to the closing table, and my husband was on the phone with the bank which happened to be in California, at the closing table. All I could do was cry my eyes out. Our closing attorney, a very respectable man in our town, came to us, looking like he wanted to shake us, and said "You people got a miracle today." he said that he had never seen what took place in 23 years of practice. The bank wrote off the 92k! He told us that our credit report might say "debt settled" or something derogatory, but our credit report said "paid in full". When God does it, he does it right!

Shortly after the first miracle, another one came through for a desperate widow. Her husband dropped dead one day and left her with no life insurance and a house that she couldn't pay for. I asked God to tell me a number to sell it at, and I heard $176,000. I got this before i ever saw it. It had pepto pink walls and turquoise carpet. It was very clean, it just was very different to say the least. Anyway, she would not hear me, and I was a young agent, willing to take anything. I listed it at $182,000. It was the best price in that subdivision, and everyone and their brother wanted to see it. I showed it a minimum of 3 times a week for a long time, it seems. Two weeks before foreclosure, I walked up to show it once again, and looked down on the doorstep. I picked up a postcard with Jesus on it. I stuck it on my dashboard where it remains to remind me. The day before it was to be sold on the courthouse steps, she got a contract for $150,000. She was able to walk away. Halelujia!

I am currently working with another desperate seller, and beleving God to show up once again.
