About Us:
Avion Real Estate, myself as the broker/owner, are committed to providing services that exceeds expectations while maximizing our client's financial benefits. Our philosophy is simple; we develop relationships, earning the trust of our clients by providing a level of expertise, knowledge, integrity, service and results that gives them no other thought than to deal with us for all their real estate needs and the needs of their friends, family and acquaintences. Our goal is make sure each of our clients feels that they were professionally represented and had someone with a vast amount of knowledge and expertise with them every step of the way.
My real estate knowledge includes extensive experience with foreclosures and corporate owned homes. Corporate owned homes were my primary business from 1979 through mid to late 80's. Foreclosures were my primary business in the late 80's through the mid 90's. The experience gained through these tough markets was priceless. Pricing is key. How to price properties, particularly in a down market, is difficult for anyone who has not experienced and been successful in that type of market. I am able to offer my clients the experience needed to best handle their real estate needs in any market.
Areas of Expertise
I have been in the real estate/relocation business since 1979. Have owned my own residential real estate company since 1991 with priceless experiences in being successful in all markets; good, bad, fast, slow. I am Broker, Owner, President, and hold the certifications for ABR, GRI, and SRES. I have connections with many lenders and extensive experience in foreclosures, short sales, corporate owned homes as well as your typical buyer and seller.
I own real estate investments and am also connected with investors who have interest in real estate. I help them calculate returns/losses on properties and identify real estate that will work best for them. Investors are some of my best buyers in a slow market. Each market offers great opportunity. I have learned to identify the opportunities in the different markets which then identifies my clients.
