I am an Accredited Staging Professional working in Burlington and the surrounding areas. I thoroughly enjoy helping clients prepare their homes for sale.

Eight years ago I joined the Staged Homes.com family and became an Accredited Staging Professional. I work with home owners and agents helping them prepare homes for sale. I believe that a certain amount of depersonalizing is necessary but I want the buyer to see the house as someone's home. The house should appeal to the buyer, tell them it is well maintained and show them that the present owner is comfortable - therefore they will be too. I like to work with the owner's possessions as much as possible to achieve this. I try to avoid that ' staged' look.

I have lived in Burlington for most of my life. To support my community, I have participated in Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital's Beyond the Garden Gate garden tour since the beginning. For  4 years I was the Event Chair. Helping to create such a beautiful event was very rewarding.

All Homes Deserve To Be Staged

  I have worked in Condos, Townhouses, Bungalows, Semis, Splits and Two Storey.

 

Working in the various levels has shown me the furnishings and styles that buyers will be bringing with them.

 

 I see the paint colours that appeal to various age groups.

 

 

 

 Buyers can have trouble visualizing how to use an empty space. Furnishing the key rooms properly can make a big difference.

 A house should appeal to buyers moving up, laterally or down in size.
