With over 20 years' experience in residential and (recently) commercial real estate, Jan balances aggressive strategies, market knowledge, and negotiating expertise with a high level of integrity.

About Us:

Jan is a full time experienced agent who is a native Oregonian and has lived in Lane County full time since 1978.  Prior to that she lived for brief periods in California and Alaska as well as short stays in Costa Rica.  Being a Mom of 2 grown daughters and a grandmother, she enjoys her family as well as many close friends. 

A veteran of nearly 23 years in the Real Estate business, Jan has specialized all of those years in Lane County, and 19 of those years as a Principal Broker affiliated with Re/Max.

With many clients expressing an interest in having her represent them in commercial/investment real estate Jan has recently delved into selling some commercial and is currently enrolled in classes to enhance her knowledge of commercial/investment Real Estate.

She is a member of the International Real Estate Council, National Assoc. of Realtors as well as a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute.  She looks forward to expanding her knowledge of International Real Estate and becoming involved in selling internationally. In 2008 Jan completed an extensive study of selling Residential Investment properties and received her CRIS (Certified Residential Investment Specialist) certification. She is a past chair for 7 years on the Leadership Committee for the Children's Miracle Network's " Realtors Miracle Home's" for Sacred Heart Hospital. Past Board Member for Oregon Community Fellowship.

Aside from Real Estate Jan enjoys time with friends, sailboating, photography and creating relationships with new clients is a real passion for her.
