I wanted to write this letter to let you know of the terrific experience our family had in working with Jared Taylor of Taylor Real Estate.
Our situation isn't all that unique. Due to a change of employment, we were moving to Idaho and needed to purchase a home in a short period of time. Our home buying experience was a long one. We first met Jared in March of 2007 when he took us to see many homes throughout Bingham and Bonneville County. Because of some unforeseen financial trouble we then had to stop our search without buying a home. We felt bad to have wasted so much of Jared's time but he never acted put out or inconvenienced at all. A few months later, in October we started the home search again and Jared picked us back up like no time had passed. It felt like we looked at, at least five thousand homes and after finally finding "the one" in January of 2008 Jared had never once treated us as if he anything better to do than show us homes around the clock. He never pressured us into anything we didn't feel comfortable with and never forced us to sign any type of contract. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience...and we LOVE our new house! Thanks Jared.

When we found out that we got the job we hoped for in Blackfoot, ID, we started to search for the right house. As we all know, not all websites are the same. One search after another led us to the best website we could find....it had all the houses on the market and granted us freedom to look without commitment. Jared Taylor's website was well-organized and so easy to use. Once we were ready to seek help, we emailed Jared with questions. He answered quickly, and if he didn't know the answer right away, he found them out for us.
We moved from Connecticut to Idaho, quickly setting up a few days to house hunt. Jared moved his schedule around to accommodate our schedule. He was pleasant, easy going, and like his website, he was well-organized and had a full day outlined for us.
Through the entire process of finding a house and buying our home, Jared was our middle man. He made the process easier. And we knew that if we ever had questions, we could always call and ask.
We appreciate Jared Taylor's professional advice and assistance in getting through all the steps: finding a lender, getting the appraisal and inspection done, and finally the closing day. Afterwards, Jared made sure we were settling into our home okay. In a new place, it is refreshing to have someone that not only does his job well, but also cares. Thanks Jared!

I recently purchased an investment property in Idaho Falls. Jared Taylor went above and beyond the call of duty as a REALTOR to help me out. Jared made our home buying experience a great one. He was more than willing to go the extra mile like taking an entire Saturday, about 7 hours, to help us find the "right" house.
