I first moved to Palos Verdes at the age of 3 in 1975 and I never moved.  Well, I've traveled a lot through Europe, Australia, China, and Central America and I am always happy to return home to PV's wonderful environment.  I think traveling just helped me understand how truely blessed PV people are. In 2000 family difficulties and a divorce nearly cost foreclosure of the family home - but I took a risk, saved the house, and couldn't be happier and more fortunate. Now I work with clients to help them find their dream home. I am starting a blog on PV, please be patient - more to come -

I have a passion for music and have played since high school. I thought a lot about Easter Project with my local church and looked for an oppotunity to give back to the community. I was approached by a band of disabled musicians and joined to help them out - then things took off. We were the first disabled band to tour China in July of 2006 and performed on the Great Wall. Since we  have shared the stage with Jay Leno and work with several groups to promote the passions and talents of people with disabilities. As a Palos Verdes local I know a lot of the hidden treasures here, there are several different climate zones, many undisclosed hiking trails and interesting historical rumors on "the Hill."  I am easy to work with and maintain good relationships with fellow Realtors. There is enough business out there for everyone, and I want to work with people that want to work with me.  The importance is staying current with inventory and especially knowing about "pocket listings" that are not currently on the market. I have a few groups that I participate with, so if you have an inerest let me know and I will keep track of the possibilites that are coming up.

I have also continued to travel with a special interest in Costa Rica and Panama. I am a Certified International Property Specialist and as I travel I meet with associates and help them market their properties here in the USA. Its the wild west down there, so to have someone who knows the ropes and how to stay out of trouble can help you a ton. First of all, thank you for all you have done for us. As you know, we had been looking for a new home for an entire year. We didn't have an agent, so we went to a lot of open houses and met a lot of agents. Some were no help at all; others were somewhat helpful for a while but with a great deal of pressure. You, on the other hand were extremely helpful for a long time, and you never pressured us at all. Then you did an expert job representing us in what I consider a fairly large transaction. All in all, since we found you, what was difficult became easy and we know live in the house of our dreams.

This is a long overdue thank you for getting us into our first home. As you know, it wasn't easy for us to get into a place in Rancho PV, but thanks to your efforts we found the perfect starter townhome. I admit I shopped around a bit for the right realtor, but I stopped once I met you. Your knowledge and analysis of the market, aggressiveness, and can-do attitude were qualities I found nowhere else. I particularly appreciated that you listened to our needs and bent over backwards to satisfy them, even if that meant making up for failures on the seller's end. We were not the typical (wealthy) buyers in this market, but that didn't matter to you.

Unfortunately, we are long past naming our first born after you, Jason, but we will certainly remember you in a few years when we are ready to move up to our next home!
