Experienced West Michigan Realtor decides to leave comfort zone to lead office to the next level! That is the best way to describe my position. Leading my office to be the best through example.

My Story:

Jason Carpenter is native to West Michigan and enjoys all that the Grand Rapids area has to offer in Real Estate opportunities and recreational activities.  A graduate of Michigan State Univerisity's Hospitality Business Management program, Jason has taken a customer service oriented approach to his Real Estate Sales business since joining a local broker as a Relocation Business Development Manager in 1999.  In February of 2001, Jason embarked on a career in residential sales when he joined Keller Williams Realty's Grand Rapids Market Center as one of a handful of Realtors who wanted to grow their careers in the Keller Williams Business Model.  Jason quickly became a top producer and sat on the Agent Leadership Council for several years and also helped produce the listing presentation and training materials still being used by that office.  Jason was consistently in the top ten in transactions for an office that grew to 175 agents in mid 2006.  During this time, Jason earned his Residential Contractors License, and began recruiting other top producers to his office.   Jason chose to join Avalar Grand Rapids Real Estate as their Business Manager in March 2007 after learning of the advantage that Revenue Sharing has over a Profit Sharing based system.  "I am a firm believer in training, teamwork and hard work as an avenue to success in today's competitive Real Estate Market", said Jason recently, " And Avalar has the tools, systems and commitment to excellence that I need locally and nationally to grow an office and help Realtors become successful" Jason is looking forward to the challenges and rewards associated with growing a successful franchise with Avalar Real Estate. Jason resides in the Grand Rapids area with his wife, Amy, and their two dogs.  When Jason isn't working in Real Estate or fixing up one of his investment properties, he can be found on his boat or local river fishing.
