About Us:
Since high school I've been passionate about entrepreneurship. In order to test the waters of the real estate market, I started attending seminars and conferences at the age of seventeen. At the age of eighteen I started serious investing by forming a partnership Jayar Associates with Robert Childs. For many years I have frequently attended conferences and seminars concentrated on purchasing and renovating distressed properties. In the year 1997 I obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Wayne State University and graduated with honors. I have also obtained my Real Estate Brokers License and am currently an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty.
Also, I am an actively involved investor with several real estate investment firms such as Nottingham Homes, LLC, The Short Sales Group, and Metro Home Savers. I am well rounded (not talking about my waistline) and currently involved in all aspects of the market including: short sales, foreclosures, lease options, wholesale, discounted notes & mortgages, and hard money lending. I have been on the Board of Directors for 2 of the local Real Estate Investors Associations (REIA of Oakland and DOLLARS) for many years now.
Though I am ardent about real estate and investing, I also lead a fulfilling life. I enjoys racing cars with my brothers and play drums in a local band. I've been married to my wife Ammie for 11 wonderful years and am the proud father of three sons and one daughter: Zachary, Zander, Gavin, and Shelby. I am incredibly personable and approachable when it comes to being open to discussing real estate and related subjects.
