I am a Lisenced South Carololina Realestate Broker, but I don't want to put you in my car and show you houses. I am almost always the principle in the transations I am involved in.
You are one of three potential type of customers to me. First, I can buy your house when no one else will and fast too. Maybe you are my seller or an agent of the seller. Second, I can help you get a double digit return on your capital from almost any source especially retirement accounts. Maybe you or your IRA is my lender on my houses at safe LTV's. Third, and the most important, you may be the one that refers me a seller or a lender.
We buy about a house a week from sellers that need us and get money from lenders so they can earn 10 to 12 percent on almost every deal.
