Past Experience:

A business graduate of Fairfield University, Jason began his career in Connecticut, where he worked his way to Regional Sales Manager with Environmental Data Resources, Inc. Along the way, he lived in Michigan and Los Angeles as he focused on the environmental due diligence component of commercial real estate transactions. He later moved to Colorado in 2004 to work as Senior Account Executive with CoStar Group, the leading commercial real estate information provider in the nation. In that role he worked extensively with commercial brokers, bankers, appraisers, REITs, 1031 professionals, building owners, property managers, and investors.

After making the leap into brokerage with Rare Space, Inc., Jason decided that a national firm would offer better exposure to the many facets of real estate that his prior experience had prepared him for. With Coldwell Banker Commercial, Jason utilizes his real estate expertise on office, industrial, and retail transactions throughout the metro Denver area. Past clients include Echoserve, Quality Tire, and International Monetary Systems.

In addition to pursuing his CCIM certification, Jason enjoys golfing, soccer, skiing, baseball, and everything Colorado's outdoors have to offer. He is an active member of the Colorado Software and Internet Association, Rockies Ventures Club, and the Rocky Mountain Information Management Association.
