This letter is in reference to a house we sold in Stillwater Estates, Pocono Summit, PA. We received your name from Linda, our lake manager. Jason Feinman answered our call into the office and we were very pleased with him. He was very professional. He spent time with us informing what each document was as we filled them out. First time Homeowner

This was my first experience purchasing a home in the USA, I am originally from Trinidad. After years of searching and being constantly told by other real estate agents that I did not or could not qualify to purchase a home because of my income along came Jason. From our first conversation he took my information and said lets see what figures you qualify for and then we will move ahead. I liked that about him and although I could not purchase a $100,000 plus mansion he treated me the same. I liked that about him as well. Then our search began, Jason showed us several properties until we settled on the one purchased. We came across this property by chance as we were really not looking in that area but my type A personality did a little search and flooded Jason with "interesting homes" a few he shot down because they would not meet my needs and a few we visited.
