Courtney Green has been selling real estate in the Sarasota/Venice market since 2002. Prior to joining Signature Sotheby's International Realty, she has been affiliated with Richard Bradway and Associates and Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.  Courtney also brings a vast knowledge of the mortgage and legal industries providing her clients with exceptional market knowledge and the best negotiation skills. Courtney also worked as a legal assistant/paralegal to a high power civil litigator attorney for over four years in Orlando.

Jason Green, since he can remember has been entrenched in the Real Estate and building industry coming from a family that are considered pioneers in both.  It was only inevitable that Jason would follow the family tradition closely.  After being heavily involved with his fathers Residential and Commercial Building Company in the Orlando, Florida area he went on to form his own window and door company with great success.   His knowledge of the construction proccess provides an incredible assett to his clients goals.

Jason and Courtney both grew up in the Orlando, Florida area and relocated to the Sarasota area in 2002 when they fell in love with the lifestyle that the gulf coast community exudes.  Boating, golfing and pristine beaches together with expansive cultural activities made it a no brainer when it came to picking it as the place to settle down and raise a family.  When they are not listing and selling houses, Jason and Courtney enjoy all the out door activities that the Sarasota area provides along with spending time with friends and family, including their fraternal twins Emma and Devon.

Giving back to the community in which they live is also very important to the Greens. Courtney is an active leader in the Venice business community. Not only is she the Past 2008-2009 Chair of the Venice Area Young Professionals, she is also an Ambassador and past Board Member for the Venice Area Chamber of Commerce, and a Board member of the Sertoma Club of Venice.
