About Us:

I am a residential mortgage broker with several years experience, serving Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.  We are an approved lender with many of the largest names in the lending industry, having relationships with near 50 banks and finance companies.  I offer no cost pre-approvals for home purchase, with weekend and evening appointmenets available busy clients.  Our office is centrally located in the lower Queen Anne neighborhood, near downtown Seattle.

I fianance first time buyers, as well as move up buyers and investors purchasing 1-4 unit residential properties.  I mainly serve Seattle and surrounding areas.  Refinance and 2nd mortgage services also offered.
