My name is Jason Holmes. I'm a licensed REALTOR®in the great sate of Utah. I work in the Cache Valley market. Before real estate I was a Buyer/Purchaser for ICON Health & Fitness, the world's largest exercise equipment manufacturer. I also spent 3 years working for Dillard's department stores as a sales floor rep and area manager. I think I've found my passion in real estate!
My primary market is Cache Valley, located in the Northern end of Utah. I am also willing and capable to handle transactions, both selling and buying, anywhere in the state. When my clients have property interests outside of Utah I have a great referral system set up to assist in their needs.
I enjoy working with buyers and sellers. I focus on obtaining new buiess in both areas. I find great satisfaction in assisting clients to buy and sell properties. Since real estate transactions and are typically the largest investments most of my clients will ever make I make continuing education a major part in my real estat focus. I strive to keep current with local and national real estate news, market trends and new contract laws.
I'm a REALTOR®with ERA Advantage Realty in Logan UT. My primary markets are Cache, Box Elder, and Rich counties. I enjoy serving 1st time buyers, investors, and move up buyers. I also service REOs.
