A Little About Me

   I grew up in Chapin. South Carolina and graduated from the real USC (Univerisity of South Carolina). Go Gamecocks!! I bartended for 10 yrs to put myself through college. Yes it took me a while to find a path in life. I'm married to a wonderful wife who is definately more well spoken then me (English Major). I also have a wonderful daughter, Elliot.

   I started in real estate by investing. I started bird-dogging for some established investors. I later began to wholesale, rehab and rent properties. I found Rent To Own was my favorite strategy in investing.

   When the market started to turn in 2007, I decided to get my real estate license. Since then, I average about 20 transactions a year in Columbia, SC. I love working with my buyers and sellers and have found a real passion in real etstate. It changes everyday and I'm constantly learning something new.

 

I Specialize In...

  I specialize in flat fee listings anywhere in South Carolina. I also offer Buyer rebates up to $5,000 to any buyer that I represent or refer anywhere in the United States.

  I average about 25 listings. We offer flat fee packages from $299 all the way up to $799. We have have a complete al le carte menu of services. We pride ourselves on limited to full service and placing principle before profits.

  I usually work with about 3 Buyers at a time. I enjoy the satisfaction that a Buyer has when they purchase a new home. It is it the most important investment that most people make and I do not think that it should be made without professional representation.
