I specialize in residential real estate in the Portland metropolitan area. I'm based out of Hillsboro so a large portion of my business has been on the west side. I have closed transactions ranging from $101,000 to 1.4 million. The process is the same for both but the client tends to have different needs. I treat everybody the same regardless of the price of the home or potential commission.
