Experience.

 

I began my mortgage career in January 2000. I made the transition from working in the automotive field to the mortgage field. At the dealership I learned how important customer service was and over the years the level of service I provide has rewarded me with loyal clients who continue to refer their friends and family to me. I am approaching 11 years as a mortgage professional and everyday I continue to meet and work with great people. This helps keep my job fun and rewarding and I am very thankful for this.

I have been involved in many different types of mortgage transactions. I've originated small equity loans all the way up to commercial mortgages on multi unit properties and retail properties. Over the years, the most common reason for my clients to refinance a mortgage was to reduce their overall monthly expenses and increase their cash flow.

We will look at most property types. Primarily we see a lot of multi unit property, retail, office and residential. Mixed use and hospitality are also common.
