About Us:

I feel very fortunate in achieving the Medallion Club award (top 5%) from the Realtor's Association of Edmonton.  I've also achieved the Diamond Award for Royal LePage which is awarded to the top 3% of all Royal LePage salespeople in Canada for sales production in 2005 to 2008. Director's Platinum Award (top 5%) for 2004 and 2003, and President's Gold Award (top 10%) for 2002 and 2001.

My education consists of a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta (Marketing Specialty) Dean's List Standing. I grew up in the Peace country of Northern Alberta and completed Grade 12 at Fairview High School (Fairview, AB), honored as Class Valedictorian and received the Governor General Medal for Highest GPA. I have also taken many Real Estate Training programs including the intensive 9 week Leader's Choice program to ensure that I will give my clients the best possible representation in the home buying and selling process.


Whenever I am not selling real estate, I love to be in the outdoors and enjoy Backpacking, Snowboarding, Fishing, Hiking, Camping, Canoeing, Jogging, Baseball (Cub Fan!), Hockey, BodyBoarding & Surfing, Golf and Reading about 18th Century history (I'm not kidding). Most importantly, I enjoy family time with Bozena, my wife of eight years, our tireless 6 year old son, Neithan and our "big" dog Rosa.

I am very lucky to have found Real Estate as a career and look forward to each day of "work".

I have extensive experience with Corporate relocations, first time buyers, and I service Edmonton and surrounding area (acreages, condos, single family and rec properties). The majority of my clients are previous clients or are referred to me, but new clients are always welcome.  I am also on top of the latest stats, and able to give my clients insight into market trends. Edmonton Real Estate Average Sale Price Mid June 2009  I've put together a graph to show the rapid price increases we have seen in the last 60 days in the Edmonton real estate market.  (Note: the June stats are all based on data up to Jun 15, 2009) From the SFD graph it appears as if we hit the lowest price for single family in February of 2009. This falls into line with the continual shrinking of the months of inventory in the Edmonton area.
