I have been practicing real estate law since 1986 and have extensive experience in "getting the deal done."  I have worked with countless agents, banks, and mortgage loan originators and am familiar with almost all loan products out there, including CHFA and House Hartford.  I carry 1 million dollars in E&O coverage and can provide closing protection letters to any lender upon request.  I can take the stress out of buying, selling, or financing your real estate transaction.  I have tons of patience and am an especially good choice for first time home buyers as well as seasoned multi family investors.  My services are very affordable and in most instances provide the best value for your client.
