As an agent I like to provide the necessary information so you can make an informed decision. My appraising background makes me a valuation expert, an analytical thinker, and an excellent researcher. Digging and interpreting data is what I do.
SELLING: I also have a passion for marketing....specifically Internet marketing. What does the typical buyer want, knowing the area's special attributes, improvements buyers want, showcasing a property's special features are some of my many strengths. Photos, SEO, video, weekly progress...I do everything I can to sell a home. I think outside the box when traditional methods don't work!
