About John
I approach selling real estate from a consultative approach by assisting clients in understanding the market. With 32 years in various real estate industries throughout all 50 states, I have a unique understanding of each party's role in the transaction and how to work with that group. This gives me the best opportunity to solve problems before they sidetrack a transaction.
My family and I reside in the Eagle Lake division of Windrose subdivision in Spring, Texas. I spend most of my time selling real estate in Spring, Texas and the areas of The Woodlands and Champions.
My wife is an orthodontic assistant. Our daughter attends college and plans to become a teacher.

Experience and Education
I have sold new construction properties while both representing the builder or the buyer and am able to guide buyers through this process. In Houston, builders often take advantage of a buyer who is not represented by a Realtor. Realtors are encouraged to bring their buyers to the builders when builders add big incentives to sweeten the deal for the Realtor. I can show you how you can take advantage of the offers and buy the same home for less.
I sell many homes in the Windrose and Gleannloch Farms areas of Spring, TX. Showing a seller how to maximize their return is a point of pride with me.
I am a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) which has taught me to be more sensitive and in tune with the needs of the over 55 community, one which I join this year.
Being a Graduate of the Realtors Institute is instrumental in looking at a home from a buyer perspective to notice items that a seller might not recognize.
The eCertified designation is from Prudential as they believe that their agents need to be on top of using the internet. This makes a lot of sense when you consider that in 2009 86% of buyers used the internet to research homes. Many use other sites than just the Houston Association of Realtors MLS system.
