I am a Broker who represents sellers and buyers of residential homes in Sacramento, El Dorado, and Placer Counties. As a consultant, my clients' requirements rule.

Buyers are usually sellers.  I commit to both that my services are not a commodity because I give each one an edge in the process of searching, negotiating, and closing the deal.  I go beyond the transaction and aim to build a lasting relationship with them because it's their trust and referrals that help my business grow.

  • Buyer Service -- I use a non-exclusive/non-compensation contract with my buyers.

Data is the key!  My broker and I have access to proprietary data that helps our clients understand trends, changes, and solutions to their requirements. 

Areas of Expertise

I have been a real estate investor for many years.  I own duplexes in Indiana and Arkansas.  I have invested both cash and IRA assets into developments in Idaho and Costa Rica.  I own well-heads in Texas and Louisiana (treated similar to passive real estate investments with regard to taxes).  I know how to determine whether a property has the potential to "pencil" (profit).  This is a great benefit to investors although we are the trickiest buyer to service.

I've been through formal process architecture and engineering training and practical experience with ensuring smooth execution of tasks to achieve a certain objective.  In short, I take no short-cuts that would affect the quality of the outcome but I can recognize the value and timing of a task in light of the larger "system" that gets a transaction through the hoops.

My business is based on referrals.  If you have a referral for me, I'll gladly sign a referral fee agreement.
