Dear Ms. LaBar;
I am writing to express my total satisfaction with two of your agents from Century 21 Sherlock Homes, Inc, Jayne and Bonnie Vaughan. Jayne recently represented my sister and me in the sale of our mother's house. We tried selling it last year with a different agent from a competitor real estate firm and not only did we not have any success, looking back we had poor representation. Jayne and Bonnie came in this year and knowing we had a very limited budget, recommended the little things that weren't too expensive but yet would improve the salability of the property. Jayne worked tirelessly, in a very weak market at advertising and holding open houses, something that was lacking with our previous agent. When an offer was received, Jayne did everything in her power to keep our interest at heart. She kept me informed every step of the way in the process, and answered any questions I asked of her.
I am convinced if we had Jayne and Bonnie representing us the first time we tried to sell the house it would have been sold before the contract ended, probably for more money, since the market wasn't as bad.
