About Us:

The foundation of my business and the reason for its success is not because of me, but the team that I have formed.

My processor/ underwriter Stacy was an underwriter for American Savings Bank and knows how to  execute every detail required to close our files effectively, she says that she can not sleep soundly until our files are in order. My Partner Ryan Yamauchi is a master of client support, operations and marketing. Together we can Guaranty 30 Day Closings* Gauranty that our Closing Costs will not change from the GFE to the HUD or we will eat the difference.

My strengths are identifying with customers needs, providing them with programs that make sense for them, and do everything I can to comfort them through the process so they can focus on their lives and not on loan conditions. I am a transparent lender and disclose "everything" on the GFE the first time around so there are no suprises at closing. I pay VA non allowable closing costs and provide sound advice on various loan programs and options etc.

With a tightening credit market I have over 10 years of experience in the industry. I nurture value my positive relationship with my underwriters; in return they can help me obtain approvals that many other lenders have to decline. I am a licensed real estate sales person in California and am a licensed mortgage solicitor in Hawaii and am proficient at lending in both markets. As a high volume real estate finance producer and one time branch manager, I have a family of clients in NV, OR, WA, MT, CO, AZ and CA. I am proficient in getting VA, FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans and get them funded smoothly and quickly.

Buying a new home or refinancing your home is a source of anxiety, frustration -- and a huge sense of accomplishment - I educate every first time home buyer in the real estate process so they become investors not just home owners.
