I am a true Seattle native, living here my entire life.  I know the many areas like the back of my hand and am very helpful to those who relocate to our area.  Most clients refer to me as their "tour guide" as I show them different neighborhoods.  I am an agent with John L. Scott Real Estate and am in the Mercer Island office.  I have been with John L. Scott Real Estate since 1994 and am consistently in the top 3% of the company out of 4500 agents. I was awarded the Best in Client Satisfaction for Seattle Magazine for 2005, 2006, & 2007.  Lastly, I have a GRI designation.

I rely very heavily on technology and e-mail is my preferred method of communication.  I have a Pocket PC so I can receive e-mails on the run, text messaging, and normal phone calls.

Over the years, I have focused on the King County, North Pierce County, and South Snohomish County areas for my business.  It seems that the past few years have steered me more toward Mercer Island, Seattle, and the Eastside communities.  In the past I have taught 1st-time homebuyer seminars, so I have naturally sold many homes to 1st-time buyers.  I enjoy listing and selling homes equally.
