About Me:

I am a true Seattle native, living here my entire life. I know the many areas like the back of my hand and am very helpful to those who relocate to our area. Most clients refer to me as their "tour guide" as I show them different neighborhoods. I am an agent with Windermere Real Estate and am in the Mercer Island office. I have been selling homes since 1994 and am consistently in the top 3% in the industry. I was awarded the Best in Client Satisfaction for Seattle Magazine for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, & 2010. I was also awarded BEST OF MERCER ISLAND (one of the top three real estate agents on the island) for 2010 and 2011. This was based on a survey through the Mercer Island Reporter newspaper. Lastly, I have a GRI and SRES designation.

It seems that the past few years have steered me more toward Mercer Island, Seattle, and the Eastside communities.
