As a Realtor, I help buyers find the home of their dreams. I help arrange financing, schedule appointments with home inspectors, mortgage appraisers, termite inspectors and walk the buyers through the final inspection. I am there for the negotiations and to answer questions. To make the process as simple and as painless as possible.

As a Realtor, I help sellers market their home, giving them information of current sales and listings in the area, keeping them posted on market trends and working with the town inspectors in obtaining a Code Compliance Certificate or Certificate of Occupancy.

I assist in the preparing of a contract of sale, and in making sure that the offer being presented is from a qualified buyer.
