The Business of Real Estate is Changing

I was licensed in 1974 and real estate has certainly changed! In the old days: contracts were one page; all agents in North Carolina only represented the seller; there very few protections in place; the buyer was definitely at a disadvantage; and real estate agents held the keys to all the information. All that is history!

I am so glad that the changes in real estate have taken place. Now, real estate agents are true professionals masteringthe art of client servicing. The buying and selling of real estate has become a collaborative process and the real estate agent's knowledge becomes their value proposition. On line tools, like Listingbook, allow agents to raise their level of service to consumers. Real estate has entered a new era; and I am proud of our profession.

I would like to share my knowledge of Listingbook with other agents since I believe that as more agents become members of the Listingbook community the power of Listingbook grows. Also, I don't think a better client servicing tool exists in real estate. It's like having your own virtual assistant.
