Areas of Expertise
Working closely with home buyers and sellers whether they are first-time buyers, down sizing or buying up is my main priority. A buyer or seller may be moving around the corner or from anther state, either way I diligently work to assist that client meet their needs. I specialize in residential and condominium buyers and sellers, new construction homes and customers relocating in or out of the Connecituct area.
My primary coverage areas are Hartford, Tolland, Middlesex counties and parts of New London county.

Ms. Jamie Bell, our real estate agent, performed an exceptional job for us. With her help, we were able to quickly sell our home in the midst of the subprime real-estate market correction. (The Wall Street Journal reports nationwide Sept sales were down 8%.)
Jamie first provided specific suggestions for staging and completing deferred maintenance prior to going on market. With her advice we were able to complete easy to do, low cost items, such as painting and fixture repair while avoiding major expense (replacing floors) by factoring their condition in our asking price. Jamie's research helped us with starting at the right price to attract the right buyers without giving the house away.
As we began to receive offers, Jamie gave excellent advice in rejecting an early low ball offer while avoiding the temptation to endanger a solid offer by considering a last minute offer from a buyer of unknown qualifications.
When our eventual buyer's housing inspection resulted in unreasonable requests, Jamie's counsel provided invaluable in limiting our cost liability to those items which truly were structural and safety issues.
