About Jules:
My name is Jules B. Yates and I bring more than 20 years full time experience to Exit Realty Corporation. After 17 years as an independent broker I joined Exit Realty Paramount in October 2007. Although I gladly list and sell Residential and Commercial my passion is vacant land and land development.
As the son of a real estate developer, I literally grew up in the business. I have worked all over the state of Michigan and have developed property my entire career. With a particular specialty in site condominium subdivisions, I am capable of helping buyers find the right parcel to develop, helping you design and layout your project, helping you get governmental approval and finally marketing your project.

I am the current Chairman of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors (TAAR) Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Committee. I sit on the board of Directors for TAAR and I am a member of the Professional Standards Committee for TAAR as well.
I have earned the National Association of Realtors ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) Designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
Lastly I am an e-PRO REALTOR® who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS®, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
