I live in Collingswood, NJ, and I'm always happy to help anyone within reasonable driving distance, but currently I have decided to focus my efforts on the areas that have been hardest hit by the foreclosure crisis.  This has led me to do a lot of work in Pennsauken, Runnemede, Sicklerville, and Cherry Hill.  If you are having a problem in any part of New Jersey, I'm happy to help or to refer you to someone who can.
