I also work with and represents developers. My favorite thing is still the no money down programs that help first time buyers achieve their dream of home ownership.
Currently I lead a team and list REO (Foreclosure/ Bank Owned) properties at Desert Sun Realty. Although not actively working with buyers, I have relationships with buyers agents who are more than experienced in the foreclosure market.
