Experience:

I am a lifelong resident of Pittston, Maine where I reside with my wife Kathleen and two children Krysty and Jeremy. I have over 7 years experience performing Maine home inspections with certificates in Property Inspection and Business Management from NPI, in Omaha, Nebraska. I was in the design/construction industry for 15 years, prior to becoming a home inspector. I hold degrees in Architectural Engineering and Marine Design. I don't cut corners on maintaining my knowledge of property inspection. My membership in NACHI requires that I maintain 20 hours of quality continuing education, directly related to Home Inspection.
