My name is Joseph Mark Crespillo. I will answer to many different names but that is the one given to me by my Mom and Dad. I have been a lifelong resident of Placer County. Grew up in the town of Loomis and now live in Lincoln, four miles from where I grew up. I have been in the Real Estate field since 1977. I have concentrated mostly on loans, doing everything from originating to underwriting to buying to selling and back to originating. I along with my wife and brother-in-law own REALTY FIRST REALESTAE AND MORTGAGE SERVICES. I believe we have taken the step to the next level by building a company that our members pay a flat fee of $399 per month no matter how many deals they close. The other company we own is a Full Eagle mortgage company that can originate, process, underwrite and close Reverse Mortgages. In doing that, our average time to close is less than 30 days, not more. We have a Broker Profits Program where non HUD approved Brokers can get paid referals for their Reverse Mortgages. Call me if you would like to find out more.

Finding the right loan. I use any and all sources to get loans closed. Many that have been turned away at other shops come to me to become home owners. I am not saying I can do all loans but I have never not closed a loan that I said I would close. We have closed the fastest Reverse Mortgage, I believe, less than 7 days from app to closing.
