About Me
I am Filipina born in Manila, Philippines. My family immigrated to the United States in March 1993. I graduated high school in Houston, Texas and moved to the Phoenix Valley in June 1995. I have lived and worked in different parts of the Valley including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Tempe, City of Maricopa, and Chandler.
I currently own and operate JCS Mortgage Processing, LLC. I have been a Mortgage Loan Processor for the past 8 years. This career path inevitably led me to Real Estate and my Real Estate License. I am currently a Realtor® in the State of Arizona and work as a team with my husband, Jason Shaw. I am fluent in Tagalog and am a member of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce in Arizona. Experience and Credentials
I am a contract mortgage loan processor located in Chandler, AZ. I have been a mortgage loan processor since 2000. I can process Conventional, Subprime, and Commercial loans. I specialize in processing FHA and VA loans. I am proficient in Point, Encompass, DU/LP, and various automated underwriting systems. I am a member of the National Association of Mortgage Processors.
I am a licensed Realtor® in Arizona with Leagan Realty. Did you know that not all Real Estate Agents are Realtors®? As a Realtor®, I adhere to a stict Code of Ethics. I apply the same ethical standards in all business dealings and relationships.
I am also a Notary Public and a member of the American Associates of Notaries.
