About Us:
Jeff Tumbarello is a Real Estate Investor, Mortgage Broker and Founding VP of SWFL REIA. He has materially participated in rental properties, waterfront spec homes and buy & flip transactions as, well as originated over 800 mortgage loans. Jeff is also veteran of the USMC and served in Dessert Shield and Dessert Storm. Jeff is from Stuart Florida and has lived in SWFL for over 10 years. Jeff is married to Cristina nd have 3 children. His primary expertise is deal engineering. Jeff is currently focusing on the Mortgage Business, acquiring undervauled properties and, acquiring non-performing notes. Thanks - great example! It should be up to the Seller to provide docs to the RE agent showing this is a true duplex...as part of the listing...a seller's disclosure on this property might be interesting to see. There's more wrong with the property than all the details - but then at that point, you were smart to walk! The RE broker should have done some due diligence himself before he made the representations he did! Would have been a scary property to get involved with, even at that price! Thank you very much!
