I have tried to seperate myself, from the rest of my peers within the residential finance industry, by focusing on client education. There are too many people within my industry who are primarily driven by the short term desire to close loans and make a quick buck. I am embracing the long term, and I am trying to make relationships to earn your business for the next 30 years.
I am practicing a theory where the education of the client comes first, and the calculated business transaction takes place after.
