St Croix Flowage, Gordon, WI
I live on the Gordon/St. Croix Flowage; it’s near Gordon, Solon Springs, Wascott, Barnes, and Minong, in Douglas County, NW Wisconsin. Already familiar with the area, my husand and I finally moved here from the Twin Cities about eight years ago. We found a great neighborhood, and we have some wonderful neighbors. We love it here.

Since we moved here from the Twin Cities, we’ve come to know the area well. We love the outdoors, and we love to get out and explore. I keep current on local events, services, and issues that concern our community. I'm committed to serving the community. I’m currently serving as a board member of the Gordon/St. Croix Flowage Association. I also help design and produce the quarterly newsletter with current information about the Association’s activities and local water quality issues.
Northwest Wisconsin
Northwestern Wisconsin is an area rich in beautiful lakes and rivers, and spectacular pine and hardwood forests. It's a destination for a wide variety of recreation activities including fishing, boating, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, hiking, and so much more. I know the area well. I specialize in affordable lake cabins, high-end lake homes, waterfront lots, and large tract hunting lands. The northwest corner of NW Wisconsin includes southern Douglas County, western Bayfield County, and Washburn County. The lakes are large, clear, and deep with excellent fishing and offer an abundance of recreational activities. You'll find large lakes like Lake Nebagamon, Upper Lake St Croix, the St Croix Flowage, Whitefish Lake, Minong Flowage, and dozens of medium and smaller lakes. The friendly communities include Solon Springs, Gordon, Barnes, Wascott, Minong, Trego, Spooner, and other area communities.
Northwest Wisconsin is closer than you think. From Minneapolis/St Paul, it's about a 2.5 hour drive. From Duluth/Superior, it's a half hour to 45-minute commute.

When you ask about an asking price, I won’t give you an opinion or a guess. I’ll give a number that’s based on the facts. (Actually, it’s usually a range of numbers that depends on variables like what repairs or improvements you’re ready to make, how quickly you’d like to sell, etc.)
I work for positive, win-win outcomes. Let’s face it. Whether you’re buying or selling, real estate transactions can sometimes involve some big decisions and also some big emotions. In today’s challenging market, it’s not always easy bringing buyers and sellers together. That’s an important part of my job, too.
I’m able to think globally and sell locally. I grew up in a small town, lived in the big city for a couple decades, and finally moved north.
