About Jon Dillingham

Jon is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years lending experience. A past director of the Seattle Mortgage Bankers Association and former Vice President of Residential Lending for a local S & L, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge to the business of financing residential homes. It is this experience combined with a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting that make Jon eminently qualified to provide mortgage financing to his clients.

However, experience and education by themselves are not enough. Customer service, timely communications, attention to detail, and just plain hard work are the real keys to success in real estate lending.
