Hello from sunny Southport, NC-where the Intracoastal Waterway, the Cape Fear River and the Atlantic Ocean converge-It's a great place to live-with a high quality, easy way of life and lots of friendly people!  With a deep passion to help others in their quest for a place to call home, I combine  expert knowledge of the area and high work ethic with professionalism. Whether working with a buyer, or with a seller, I will listen, and listen, and then listen some more. IT'S ALL ABOUT MY CLIENTS-their wants and needs!!!  As a long -time Real Estate Broker, I also have 20+ years in customer service and hold certification as an SFR- (Short Sale/Foreclosure Resourse.)  

I am a member of the Brunswick County Board of Realtors, the NC Board of Realtors, the National Board of Realtors. Focusing on southern Brunswick County, from Leland to Sunset Harbor,  I work with a number of buyers and sellers. I have a referral system with several agents that I work with from out of the area.

Buyers have become more sophisticated and know a lot more of what they want than ever before. With around 95% of real estate being internet-driven, it takes a lot of expertise to work with clients! I love a challenge and work really hard to make sure that my clients are fully informed about every detail . From crawling under a house or scrubbing bathrooms, it's all part of making things work! I get a lot of satisfaction from a happy client. Happy clients make good friends, too!
